SLOPE EASEMENT This slope easement is made and given this 7dav of//1".K6w)T�eor 1995, by SOUTH CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 406 (the "Grantor to and for the benefit of the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation (the "City"). In recognition of the benefits we receive as users of the improved facility, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys and quit claims to the City without warranties of title, non exclusive easements for the purpose of reasonable grading for the replacement of the Macadam Road Bridge upon the property referred to as King County Parcel No. 7340600884, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Slope Easement') as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. This easement will terminate upon completion of the Macadam Bridge Replacement project. Together with the right of entry upon the abutting land for the purpose of reconstructing existing driveway approaches, regrading, retaining wall construction, temporary utility connections, and other property restoration work that is required to match the proposed improvements, excluding parking of construction equipment and storage of construction materials. Upon completion of the improvements, the abutting property will be restored to its original condition as near as may be done. 1 first above written.
