Attach additional sheets as needed: rd The funds will be used to pay for the cost of the facility use for Women on the Rise 3annual conference. The conference will be held at the Museum of Flight. The aim of this conference is to bring together cross generational women and male allies to empower, educate and motivate the future and current workforce. Our goal is to host 400- 500 participants this year including 100-150 students from Tukwila school district to connect with mentors, organization and potential internships. The cost of the museum of flight is $6000 for location alone for the evening. The cost will help to pay for almost 50% of the cost. This will also include 10 tickets to the conference and evening event for the city! This will make the city of Tukwila a sponsor of the conference. This will highlight systemic change that needs to happen to move women from mid-levelcareers to executive leadership. The last focus will be the graduation of our college students out of our 2018 summer ambassador program and the importanceof cross generational education.
