The City Council convened in special session on Friday, July 29, 2016 to conduct a mid -Year Council
retreat for the purpose of teambuilding, wellness, and discussion on the Council's experience of the
2017-2018 biennial budget development process. The Council met at the Des Moines Creek Trailhead
at 2151 S. 200th Street and walked the trail down to Des Moines Marina Park. The public was invited to
attend and no decisions were made.
