NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday,
June 25, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter
Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING VARIOUS ORDINANCES
AS CODIFIED IN TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 18,
“ZONING CODE,” TO ADOPT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
STANDARDS AND RESIDENTIAL DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR THE
TUKWILA SOUTH OVERLAY ZONE WITH UNDERLYING
ZONING OF LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ON LAND THAT
IMMEDIATELY ADJOINS LAND LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
SEATAC TO THE EAST OF INTERSTATE 5; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this
issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk’s
office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
