CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation (the "City").
In recognition of the benefits of the improved facility, the sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor hereby dedicates, conveys and quit claims to the City without warranties
of title, Right -of -Way over that property which is more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which is a portion of that property known
as that portion of the NE1/4- S26- T23 -R04E, records of King County, Washington, more
particularly described as parcel number 022340 -0046, as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, installing,
using and maintaining public streets and utilities and all necessary appurtenances thereto.
7 The City accepts this Road Right -of -Way Dedication as full compliance with existing
;•j sidewalk ordinances, in effect at the time of this agreement, for that portion of the property

abutting Andover Park East.

FROM PARCEL NO. 022340-0046
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, N.M., City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeasterly corner of Lot 4 of the plat of "Andover Industrial Park, No.
5" as filed in Volume 83 of Plats, Pages 22 and 23, Records of King County, Washington;
THENCE along the easterly line of said lot, S 01 °47'28" W, 250.90 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing along said easterly line, S 01 °47'28" W, 20.92 feet to a point of curvature;
THENCE southwesterly 21.56 feet along the arc of a non tangent curve to the right, having a
radius of 25.00 feet, the radius point of which bears N 47 °41'00" W, through a central angle of
49 °24'43" to a to a point of tangency on the northerly margin of Treck Drive as conveyed by
instrument filed under King County Recording No. 7202140587;
