He reviewed the agenda and ground rules, eiterating that no decisions would be made during the d retreat setting. Council President Robertson facilitated Council discussions on concepts of policy vs. administration, improving Council processes and efficiency, compensation perspectives, the Council’s role in the Public Safety Plan, and Housing. Staff reviewed the proposed work plans for all four standing committees, and Councilmembers concluded with a roundtable discussion of miscellaneous items. Council President Robertson will work with staff on bringing items requiring followup to the - Administration’s attention.
