Tukwila School District 406 does hereby grant
and convey to the City of Tukwila, a Municipal Corporation, an easement over and across,
upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the
purpose of laying, maintain. and installing:
43 LF of 18 -inch RCP Storm Pipe
587 LF of 24 -inch RCP Storm Pipe
5 each Catch Basins Type II. 48 -inch
1 each Catch Basin Type II, 60 -inch
and all appurtenances thereof,
said land being legally described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated as
part of this easement by this reference and a schematic of the easement which is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated as part of this easement by this reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said school district has caused this instrument to be
