EASEMENT
Geo. Heiser Body Co. Inc. does hereby grant and
convey to the City of Tukwila, a Municipal Corporation, an easement over and across, upon
and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of
laying, maintain, and installing:
1 each light pole with base,
said land being legally described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated as
part of this easement by this reference and a schematic of the easement which is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated as part of this easement by this reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Geo. Heiser Body Co. Inc. has caused this instrument
