WHEREAS, on June 1, 1959, the Tukwila Town Council, eating upon tLe recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, applj.e4 a zoning of M -1, Light Industry, as defined Tia1a TeenAlmdinsesee No. 251, to the area annexed to the Town of Tukwila under Ordinance No, 273 and as amended under Ordixranee No, 275. NOW THEREFORE, E, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Coune .1 i1a, as follows: SECTION 1. That M -1, Light Industry. Zoning &s defined in Tukwila Town Ordinance No. 251, be applied to the tract or land_annexed_to the Town of Tukwila under-Ordinance NO.' 2'73.- and a$ ended under Ordinance No. 273 and described as follows:, uk portion of Section 24 and 25,' Township 3 rth, Ram 4 East W.M. Beginning at a point on the westerly bank of the Green River which is the present Easterly limits of the Town of-Tukwila, at its intersection with the Westerly.extension of the_kieraerly lips of the South 990 feet of the Southeast I of the NorthWeiti of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M-. thence Northerly along said River bank in said Section 25 and in Section-24, said Township and Range to a point which is the Southwesterly Pct1on.' of the Southeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Ankei Andersen and Rose Andersen, recorded in. WHEREAS, on June 1, 1959, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, applied a zoning of I`:i -1, Light industry, as defined in Tukwila Town Ordinance No. 251, to the area annexed to the Town of Tukwila under Ordinance No. 273 and as amended under Ordinance No. 278. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of Tukwila, as follows: SECTION 1.
