and convey to the City of Tukwila. a Municipal Corporation. an easement over and across,
upon and undemeath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the
purpose of laying, maintain, and installing:
177 LF of 12 -inch RCP Storm Pipe
793 LF of 18 -inch RCP Storm Pipe
7 each Catch Basins Type II, 48 -inch
and all appurtenances thereof.
said land being legally described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated as
part of this easement by this reference and a schematic of the easement which is attached
hereto as Exhibits B -1 B -2 and incorporated as part of this easement by this reference.
