EASEMENT
Tukwila School District 406 does hereby grant
and convey to the City of Tukwila, a Municipal Corporation. an easement over and across,
upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress and egress and for the
purpose of laying, maintain, and installing:
Sanitary sewer main, sewer manholes,
and all appurtenances thereof,
said land being legally described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated as
part of this easement by this reference and a schematic of the easement which is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated as part of this easement by this reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said school district has caused this instrument to be
executed by its proper authority, this day of 20 0 A.
