SUBJECT: Equity and Social Justice Commission Appointments
ISSUE
The Equity and Social Justice Commission currently has two vacancies. I am recommending the
following applicants be appointed to the Commission. A copy of the application for each new
appointee is attached.
Equity and Social Justice Commission
Position #2: This position is currently vacant. I am recommending the appointment of
Bridgette Agpaoa Ryder to Position #2. The term for this position expires
December 31, 2019.
Position #6: This position is currently vacant. I am recommending the appointment of Joe
Duffie to Position #6. The term for this position expires December 31, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION
I am recommending the appointments listed above be confirmed by Council at the August 20,
2018 Council Meeting.
