1. Allan Ekberg, Council President, welcomed everyone and briefly reviewed the items listed on
the agenda for potential discussion, time permitting.
2. Mayor Haggerton and Steve Lancaster presented the 2011 Administration Work Plan
3. The City Council discussed the work plan and policies, processes and priorities.
4. The City Council, Mayor and Administrator continued discussing the work of the year ahead.
