Call To Order: Chair Scott Kruize, called the meeting to order at 5:35pm. 2. Attendance: Commissioners: Steve Miller, Linda McLeod, Gerie Ventura KCLS: Angelina Benedetti City Staff: Olena Perry 3. Agenda and Approval of Minutes: Scott Kruize motioned to approve the agenda and accept the June 5, 2018 minutes, unanimous approval. 4. Citizen Comment: None 5. Unfinished Business: The Board discussed their presentation to the Tukwila City Council and determined they would focus on the successes at the new Tukwila Library and Southcenter Library. Angelina will provide circulation, programming, and library use statistics to Chair Kruize. Chair Kruize will distribute content to all TLAB members prior to the presentation for input and considerations, he said he is planning on a 10- 15 minute presentation with photos and highlights. 6. New Business: None 7. Reports: KCLS: Angelina Benedetti reported that the memorial tree dedicated to Sharon Kidd was replaced, with the same type of tree. The tree has been replaced, brand new tree, same type of tree. She distributed the daft Library calendar and shared other information on upcoming library activities. The Reading by the River event is scheduled for Sunday, August 19, 2018. 8. Other: 9. Agenda for next meeting: TBD 10. Adjournment: At 6:36 pm Gerie Ventura moved to close the meeting.
