NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
APN 242304-9034, at Longacres Way, Tukwila WA
Due Wednesday, October 31, 2018 by 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST)
The City of Tukwila is accepting offers to purchase and develop a parcel of City -owned land.
Site: The parcel for sale is vacant land located at Longacres Way in Tukwila, WA (King County
Assessor Parcel Number 242304-9034). It is approximately 3.18 acres and is zoned Tukwila
Urban Center — Transit Oriented Development (TUC-TOD).
Evaluation Process: The Tukwila City Council will select a purchaser/developer based on the
criteria described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Modifications: The City reserves the right to reject all applications, modify or supplement the
application requirements, or waive any irregularities in the content or timing of any applications.

Proposals, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on October
31, 2018, PST. No proposals will be accepted after that date and time.
The City will not be liable for delays in delivery of responses due to handling by the US Postal
Service or any other type of delivery service. Faxed or emailed proposals will be rejected.
