officers come in dramatically with multiple cars in the middle of the lot and he
feels a lower profile response would be more effective and not cause undue
alarm to residents.

Sharon Mann Some of the speed humps on South 160 were removed and it was stated
these were temporary. TIB has need for quieting, bike lanes. Implementation
of TIB vision has not happened and this is a stalemate for economic
development. Need to get moving with zoning changes before we miss an
opportunity. Conditions on

Terry Goodwin Appreciates the Town Hall forum as a tool for engagement. Does not support
ADUs for vacation rentals. Tukwila should not mimic Seattle. Tukwila
government is easy to get along with compared with Seattle.

the river. This is an urban environment and 7% hardscape would be great.
Lake Sammamish Park is a good example of public/private partnership with

clubs encourage riders to use their bells/make some noise?

This meeting is a good opportunity that should be accessible to other
community members.
