Development Agreement adopted by Ordinance No. 2343 vests development on the property to the City of Tukwila's development regulations that were in effect as of January 1, 2009, including but not limited to the City's Shoreline regulations. 6700 Fort Dent Way PL18-0054 Mike Overbeck Design Review Major Modification and Preliminary Subdivision Approval for Phase 2 of the Osterly Park Townhomes. Phase 2 has been redesigned from the original approval, and proposes development of 15 townhomes instead of 23, and includes guest parking, access, recreation space, and landscaping.
