The Council is being asked to approve a contract with NOVO Laboratory & Consulting
Services for $64,740 for hazmat services associated with the Justice Center and existing
Fire Station 54. These are necessary services associated with the demolition of buildings at
the Justice Center site and investigation as to whether Fire Station 54 can be remodeled.
The fee is included in the projects budgets.
