PROJECT INFORMATION
Urbal Architects has filed an application for the Holden at Southcenter project, to be
located at 112 Andover Park East. The project is proposed to construct a 7-story, 136-unit
assisted living apartment complex, including one floor of memory care units and one floor
of amenity space. The building’s parking lot is located within the 200 ft shoreline
jurisdiction.

The application is available for review Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, at the
City of Tukwila, Department of Community Development (DCD), located at 6300
Southcenter Blvd #100.
OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Your written comments on the project are requested.Comments on Design Review must

be received before or on October 24 by 5:00 P.M; comments on the Shoreline review must

be received before or on November 9by 5:00 P.M.Comments must be delivered to DCD
at the address above, emailed to the project planner listed below, or postmarked no later
than the dates mentioned above.
