ORDINANCE NO 4
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Tukwila Comprehensive Plan,
amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 as amended, and rezoning pro-
perty from R -A to C. M.
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission and the City Council
have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive
Land Use Plan for properties owned by Union Pacific Railroad, Associated
Grocers, Inc.,, Sammamish Commercial Company, Inc., J. C. Penney Co.,
Alstores Realty Corp. and Southcenter Corporation, from R -A to C. M. and
both bodies having recommended that said changes be made.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Section 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan, in those
areas set forth in Exhibit A & B attached hereto and Exhibit C, the map
attached hereto, is hereby modified and changed as shown on the attached
map from R -A to C-M, and ,`.
Section .2:. Those properties described on Exhibit A & B, and
shown on Exhibit C, are hereby rezoned from an R -A Use District to a
C -M Use District.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this
ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required by law.
