PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1: ***BUILDING PERMIT CONDITIONS*** 2: Work shall be installed in accordance with the approved construction documents, and any changes made during construction that are not in accordance with the approved construction documents shall be resubmitted for approval. 3: All permits, inspection record card and approved construction documents shall be kept at the site of work and shall be open to inspection by the Building Inspector until final inspection approval is granted. 4: When special inspection is required, either the owner or the registered design professional in responsible charge, shall employ a special inspection agency and notify the Building Official of the appointment prior to the first building inspection. The special inspector shall furnish inspection reports to the Building Official in a timely manner. 5: A final report documenting required special inspections and correction of any discrepancies noted in the inspections shall be submitted to the Building Official. The final inspection report shall be prepared by the approved special inspection agency and shall be submitted to the Building Official prior to and as a condition of final inspection approval. 6: All construction noise to be in compliance with Chapter 8.22 of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code. A copy can be obtained at City Hall in the office of the City Clerk. 7: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data. 8: The total number of fire extinguishers required for an ordinary hazard occupancy with Class A fire hazards is calculated at one extinguisher for each 1,500 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 20B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. Anyhow Steph's teenage girls' retreat is November 1st. It is their 2nd and I so wanted to be there, but not sure if I am going to make. Haven't seen Dana and family since we left in April and miss all of them. Things just don't always work out the way I want them too, but then I am reminded that it might not be in God's bigger plan for me, so I remain somewhat patient. We are busy starting the preliminary work for the Christmas Tree Lot. Luckily that can be done all over the phone. Looking forward to it. We are trying to put together Thanksgiving in Big Bear for Halls, Cosgroves and Sailors. Haven't been able to for a long time, so hopefully it will work this year. Little John is over half way through Boot Camp. He was very homesick at first, but is much better now, although hungry all the time. They are so physical that apparently all the recruits could eat non-stop if they were allowed. But he said he is finally feeling like a Marine. This has really been so good for him, but then I am looking from the outside, but what I hear he sounds like he is really maturing. This week he was going to be able to use live ammo. He has had a lot of experience now with guns before he went in, so not being able to use ammo was not the most exciting for him. Tomorrow is qualifications and he should do real good.
