Architectural design sheets and documents by a registered architect shall also have a current signed stamp -seal. (BUILDING REVIEW NOTES) 1. The new alteration shows a sink removed in room 201 with the kitchen sink to remain. The removed sink appeared to meet side approach access for wheelchair compliance. With the new layout the existing sink does not appear to meet front approach including knee and toe clearances for wheelchair accessibility. Provide a revised plan to show barrier free requirements are met for access to the sink and cabinets. The City requires that four (4) sets of revised plan pages, specifications and/or other documentation be resubmitted with the appropriate revision block. In order to better expedite your resubmittal, a 'Revision Submittal Sheet' must accompany every resubmittal. I have enclosed one for your convenience.
