On a site visit nn occembcrz9, 2818' Deputy Fire Marshal Captain Andy mevensobsened that renovation work inside the existing building has changed the occupancy from a Type B toaType *3. From my previous code enforcement case, CE17-0359, for this property, the use was a business (Type a).The current use isaplace ofassembly (Type A-3). Researching this property through utilizing Google Street View I discovered that windows and doors have been removed, new windows and doors have been installed, siding has been replaced, vent stacks onthe roof have been removed and new vent stacks installed, v new exhaust vent has been installed under the roof overhang located on the north end of the building, and the fire alarm bell and strobe has been removed. Researching previous Code Enforcement Case csz7*ssy' photographs taken for this case confirm windows doors, siding, vent stacks, exhaust vent, and the fire alarm bell and strobe have either been removed or added since this case closed on oecembe/o' 2017. Researching the City ufTukwila TnxmTsystem, | did not find any permits applied for, issued, urfina|ed. Corrective Action: Submit complete Building Plans and Building Permit Application(s) for the repair or demolition ufthe building. Permits are not considered completed until afinal inspection has been approved by city inspector.
