Weobserved the property from the adjacent property, 12501 E Marginal Way S, and observed additional grading and/or fill has occurred in the sensitive area and buffer tuthe rear / north ofthe house at this location. Since the March 1, 2018 site visit, a significant amount of fill material has been deposited as evident by attached photographs. Garbage isdefined a,the animal orvegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption offood. 0nSeptember z1,zOz8,|observed the following rubbish and garbage throughout the parcel which included but not limited to: Building materials (awning framing, shower stall, chain link fence panels, metal roofing, ladders), wood exterior doors (le: garage doors), business sign (ie: nursery sign), large water tank, plastic barrel, piles of gravel, and pallets. I also observed numerous empty pots and potted plants being stored in the sensitive area and buffer, These items were also observed on September 27, 2018. Properly dispose ofall rubbish and garbage, urstore rubbish and garbage inapproved leakproof containers with close -fitting covers outside of the required buffer, or inside an enclosed structure until garbage and rubbish isremoved from the property. Remove all empty pots and potted plants and store them in an area outside of the sensitive area and buffer. Compliance Date: Remove all rubbish, garbage, empty pots, and potted plants stored in the sensitive area and buffer by January 7, 2019. This is a notice that your property is in violation of the Tukwila Municipal Code. You must complete the corrective action noted above bvthe compliance date indicated.
