The plan indicates relocating vents or ducts, that penetrates roof or walls, to different locations. Provide specific details to showing how the old penetrations shall be closed and sealed to maintain the existing buildings finishes, roof coverings and maintaining structural integrity of the building. In addition provide details for any new penetrations specifying methods for sealing around roof and wall penetrations to show the integrity of all building elements shall be maintained per code. 2. Provide installation details for ducts showing how the ducts or pipes are seismically secured from mechanical appliances to the structure. Include manufactures installation specifications for any new mechanical equipment if applicable.
