All correction requests from each department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed comments from the following departments: BUILDING - M DEPARTMENT: Dave Larson at 206-431-3678 if you have questions regarding these comments. • 1) The proposed duct system was not extended to the storage mezanine and a ventilation system is needed in this area as well as the retail space. The storage area ventilation should include outside fresh air as required by table 403.3 of the International Mechanical Code. 2) Please provide fresh air calculations per table 403.3 IMC for the retail and storage areas. The outside air intake may need to be reset for the minimum outside air requirements of the total space. Please address the comments above in an itemized format with applicable revised plans, specifications, and/or other documentation. The City requires that two (2) sets of revised plan pages, specifications and/or other documentation be resubmitted with the appropriate revision block. In order to better expedite your resubmittal, a 'Revision Submittal Sheet' must accompany every resubmittal. I have enclosed one for your convenience.
