PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1: All construction shall be done in conformance with the Washington State Building Code and the Washington State Energy Code. 2: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Building Department (206-431-3670). 3: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Permit Center. 4: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Required systems shall be extended, altered or augmented as necessary to maintain and continue protection whenever the building is altered, remodeled or added to. Alterations to fire protection systems shall be done in accordance with applicable standards. (IFC 901.4)(EXTEND SPRINKLER PROTECTION TO THE WALK-IN FREEZER.) 10: Sprinklers shall be installed under fixed obstructions over 4 feet (1.2 m) wide.
