NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
February 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tukwila City Hall Council Chambers located at
6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
FILE NUMBER: L18-0100
Project Name: King County Metro South Interim Bus Base — Phase 2
APPLICANT: Jennifer Lee obo King County Metro
REQUEST: Unclassified Use Permit approval for a Mass Transit Facility in the
Manufacturing/Industrial Center — Light district. Redevelopment for parking up to 126
KC Metro buses; buildings for office and vehicle maintenance; existing parking garage
retained for employee parking.
LOCATION: 12400 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila, WA 98168, APN 7340600480

approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person,
you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of
the meeting.
