2. Council's approved the full City budget including the 19-20 RFP Human Services budget on Monday December 3ra
The approved budget consisted of the 34 programs that the Human Services Advisory Board recommended for
funding.
3. The Board saw examples of Award and Decline letters for the 19-20 RFP funding cycle.
4. Staff shared the seven contracts, each totaling $40,000+ during their two-year contract duration. These require
Council authorization for Mayor signature.
5. Board Chair and Vice Chair positions were discussed and will be voted on during the February 2019 meeting.
6. Charis's commitment and dedication to the Board was celebrated and acknowledged.
7. Next Board meeting was scheduled for 2:00pm-4:OOpm on February 14, 2019.
