charitable donation, conveys and warrants to MUSEUM OF FLIGHT FOUNDATION, a
Washington nonprofit corporation, as GRANTEE, the real estate, situated in Tukwila, King
County, State of Washington, and described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
SUBJECT TO those matters set forth on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
