QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, THE BANK OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., as Successor Trustee, for and in
consideration of partial distribution, conveys and quit claims to THE BANK OF
CALIFORNIA, N.A., as Trustee, the following described real estate, situated in
the County of King, State of Nashington, including any interest therein which
Grantor may hereafter acquire:
AN UNDIVIDED 50% INTEREST IN:

road adjacent AND
