QUIT CLAIM DEED.
THE GRANTOR, THE BANK OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., as Successor Trustee
for and in consideration of transfer to trustee
conveys and quit ciainu to THE BANK OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., as Trustee
the following desaibed real estate, situated in the County of KING, State of Washington, including
any interest therein which Grantor may hereafter acquire:
Lot 1, Block 4, Riverton Acre Tracts, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Volume 11 of Plats, Page 100, records of said county;
TOGETHER with vacated portion of Old Mditary Road lying easterly of east margin
of County road No. 1455 adjoining said premises on the west.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper
officers this 30th day of August, 1995.
