Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Third Addition to Adams Home Tracts, as recorded In Volume 15 of Plats, page 17, Records of King County. Washington, as now established; thence southwesterly in a straight line to the northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 4, said Addition, end 'be terminus of said described line; ALSO, the east 10.00 feet of vacated South 154th Lane lying west of the west line of 42nd Avenue South. The Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby covenant and agree that no structure will be erected or permitted within the above described easement area without prior written approval from the Grantee, its successors and assigns; that no digging will be done or permitted within the easement area which will In any manner disturb the facilities or their solidity or unearth any portion thereof; and that no blasting or discharge of any explosives will be permitted within Fifty (50) feet of said lines and appurtenances. A11 conduit or cable laid under this grant shall be laid upon a route as now located and shall be buried to such depth as not tom interfere with the ordinary use of said land. The rights, tit , privileges and authority hereby granted shall continue and he In force until such time as the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall permanently remove said towers, poles, wires and appurtenances from said lands or shall otherwise permanently abandon said electric or com- munication system, at which time all such rights, title, privileges and authority hereby granted shall terminate.
