NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
May 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tukwila City Hall Council Chambers located at 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
REZONE/COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
FILE NUMBER: L18-0114
Project Name: Parcel 7345600766 Rezone/Comprehensive Plan Amendment
APPLICANT: Gillian Zacharias, King County
REQUEST: Rezone to change western half of parcel 7345600766 from Low Density
Residential to Commercial/Light Industrial in preparation for redevelopment
LOCATION: 12677 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila, WA
(Quasi -Judicial)
Information on the above project may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at

approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person,
you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of
the meeting.

from LDR to CLI. King County Metro proposes to use site for
construction office employees and mechanic training activities for
transit employees.
You are invited to attend a Public Meeting on April 17, 2019 from
5:00pm-7:00pm at the Tukwila Community Center, 12424 42nd Ave
S, Tukwila, WA 98168 to learn more about the proposal.
You are also invited to provide testimony to the City Council to inform
their decision during a Public Hearing on May 6, 2019 at 7:00 pm,
Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188.
