HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-04-22 - Public Hearing - Riverton Cascade Development Agreement with Homestead Community Land TrustCITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 22, 2019 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 18.86 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSED RIVERTON CASCADE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR KING COUNTY TAX PARCEL NUMBER 1623049060 WITH HOMESTEAD COMMUNITY LAND TRUST, A NON PROFIT CORPORATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Description: Affordable Housing project that includes construction of 18 compact Single Family homes Location: 3118 South 140th Street, Tukwila All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
