A permit is required for all grading activities occurring within the City limits.... On January 25, 2018, observed evidence of extensive recent grading and land clearing on this property. There are several large tree trunks, tree roots and tree branches stacked along the southern edge of the parcel at 111th St. Several remaining trees on the parcel are splintered or cut at the base and appear to be in the process of being removed.
