A permit is required for all grading activities occurring within the City limits.... On January 25, 2018, observed evidence of extensive recent grading and land clearing on this property. Several remaining trees on the parcel are splintered or cut at the base and appear to be in the process of being removed. Much of the parcel has been cleared of all vegetation, leaving bare earth. There are no erosion control measures in place. There has been no development or grading permit submitted for this parcel to date. Discontinue all land clearing activities until a development permit is submitted, approved and issued. This includes grading, vegetation clearing, tree and/or stump removal, and lumber harvesting.
