Observed Condition: On August 13, 2018, I observed several open and unsecured windows and doors in this vacant structure, including two windows on the front of the house on the upper level, two slider doors, the front door on the upper level, and the garage door on the lower level. Corrective Action: Prior to applying for any permits, all access points including but not limited to windows and doors shall be boarded in an approved manner. Observed Condition: Corrective Action: Compliance Date: On August 13, 2018, I observed two workers in the house on this property removing drywall and paneling into a large dumpster that had been placed in the driveway adjacent to the lower level garage. There is no permit on file for any demolition or development of this property and there is no application for such work at this time. Discontinue all work on the structure until a permit for building repair or demolition has been approved and issued by the City. Permits are not considered completed until a final inspection has been approved by a city inspector. Contact the building department at 206-431-3655 for permit requirements, or by visiting the Permit Center located at 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100 Monday — Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
