water utilities improvements (D16-0064):
APPROXIMATELY : One each, thirty (30) linear feet of 1-inch type K copper pipe,
one each — 1-inch water meter box with 1" check valve and angle stop, one water tap
service, one eight inch saddle, one 1" corp. stop, and all appurtenances. The value of
the transferred assets, from the Grantor/Property Owner to the City of Tukwila, is
$1,500.00.
