NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
May 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tukwila City Hall Council Chambers located at 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
REZONE/COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
FILE NUMBER: L18-0107
Project Name: Tukwila View Estates Rezone/Comprehensive Plan Amendment
APPLICANT: Brad Decker
REQUEST: Rezone to change a vacant parcel from Low Density Residential to Tukwila
Urban Center Commercial Corridor in preparation for redevelopment
LOCATION: 17301 Southcenter Parkway, Tukwila, WA
(Quasi -Judicial)

approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person,
you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of
the meeting.
