remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the
installation of which is regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be done, shall
first make application tothe building official and obtain the required permit.
Observed Conditions: OnOctober z8, 2Ux8,|observed asecond story deck with nosupport columns. The beams
under this deck show severe rot and the railing has signs of decay. A "Stop Work" order
was posted onJune z3,znznatthis residence for "unsafe rear und story deck and missing
parts under beam",|twas stated this deck isunsafe byCity vfTukwila Building Inspector.
Corrective Action: Immediately cease the use of this deck. Secure the deck from access due to the unsafe
condition nfthe deck.
Submit a building permit application for building repair or demolition by December 10,
3018 Permits are not considered completed until a final inspection has been approved by
a city inspector.

On October 18,2018 | observed two vehicles parked unthe driveway.
The first vehicle is a green, four door sedan. it appears to be older than 3 years, missing a
rear wheel, and isapparently inoperable.
The second vehicle is a gold, 4 door Toyota Camry LE. It appears to be older than 3 years,
damaged front bumper, flat tires, isapparently inoperable, and the license plate tab
expired inzO14.
Store the vehicles inside anenclosed structure such asagarage mremove from the
property.

Appeal Instructions
Aperson may, within ten days ufbeing served this notice, file with the Tukwila City Clerk a
written notice of appeal along with payment of the $300 appeal fee, containing the following:
I.TheCode Enforcement case file number;
2.A brief statement setting forth the names, mailing address(es), and legal interest of each of the
persons appealing this notice and order;
3.A brief statement of the specific order or action protested, together with any supporting facts;
and
4.Abrief statement ofthe relief sought, and the reasons why itbclaimed that the notice and order
should bereversed, modified, orotherwise set aside.
Any appeal of this Notice of Violation and Order must be filed WITHIN 10 DAYS of being served this
notice. There will be no other opportunity to appeal this order, and noncompliance with this order
may result |nfurther legal action.
