CONSENT AGENDA

b. Authorize the purchase of a vehicle for the Police K9 unit in the amount of $91,000 (funds budgeted in

(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Steve Amento, BNBuilders (contract #18-049), and the
City of Tukwila for project neutral services for dispute resolution na|abad to the Justice Center. in the
amount of$15.8DO(plus oontingency).
(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Steve Amento, Lydig Construction (contract #18-001), and
the City of Tukwila for project neutral services for dispute resolution related to Fire Station 51, in the
amount uf$15.8OO(plus contingency).
(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Steve Amento, Lydig Construction (contract #18-001), and
the City of Tukwila for project neutral services for dispute resolution related to Fire Station 52, in the
amount of$13.7OO(plus oontinAenoy).
