The Code Enforcement case file number; 2. A brief statement setting forth the names, mailing address(es), and legal interest of each of the persons appealing this notice; 3. Observed Condition: On September 17, 2018 I observed a roof structure attached to the front of the house. Building permit application D18-0070 expired on September 13, 2018 without approval or issuance. Corrective Action: Obtain a building permit for roof structure,/additlon. Permits are not considered completed until permit has been issued and a final inspection has been approved by a city inspector. Contact the Building department at 206-431-3655 for permit requirements, or by visiting the Permit Center located at 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100 Monday — Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
