Observed Conditions: On September 27, 2018, 1 observed a new sliding glass door installed in the front of the house, new windows, and a third layer of shingles. Corrective Action: Obtain a building permit for building repair or demolition. Permits are not considered completed until a final inspection has been approved by a city inspector. Contact the building department at 206-431-3655 for permit requirements, or by visiting the Permit Center located at 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100 Monday — Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Garbage is defined as the animal or vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food. Rubbish is defined as combustible and noncombustible waste materials, except garbage; the term shall include the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke and other combustible materials, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood excelsior, rubber, leather tree branches yard trimmings, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass crockery and dust and other similar materials. Observed Conditions: On Septernber 27, 2018, observed rubbish and garbage and construction debris throughout the property. Corrective Action: Properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and construction debris or store rubbish, garbage, and construction debris in approved leakproof containers with close -fitting covers until garbage and rubbish is removed from the property. Compliance Date: November5, 2018 Violation # 4 WEEDS AND OVERGROWTH Code Reference: IPMC 302.4 (as adopted by TMC 8.28.020) WEEDS Premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of [12 inches].
