MAIM • • • Snow Event: We had a significant snow event in February, which offered an opportunity to activate our EOC to a level 3, which is the minimum level. It was a good exercise of communication and fa coordination, and it was the first time we utilized WebEOC, which allowed us to communicate and *** monitor all of the other cities in the region and make requests for things like sand and salt, which were in high demand. The Emergency Management Office: is also in the process of updating our CEMP (Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan), our HMP (Hazard Mitigation Plan), as well as our COOP (Continuity of Operations). We are also determining the best way to allocate our EMPG (Emergency Management Performance Grant) for 2019. TJ Planning Meetings: Justice Center: which will be the new home for EM. — Design Team: Station 52 will house the back-up EOC.
