Project will consist of 5 floors of housing over a daylighted basement garage . 2/3 of the parking to be located in the parking structure; the remainder in surface parking. The project includes new on -street parking, sidewalks and landscaping on S 152nd and a path along the western side of the project as a future con- nection to the TIBS light rail station to the south. The project also includes active play space for children. Your written comments on the project are requested. They must be emailed to the planner listed below, delivered to Dept. of Community Development (DCD) at the address listed below, or postmarked no later than 5:00 pm on June 26, 2019.
