Project Description:
Paws VIP, INC. is a proposed dog and cat boarding facility to be
located at 15848 International Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188. The fa-
cility will also house retail space for sale of food, treats, and toys as
well as training and grooming.
This facility will be providing day care and boarding to approxi-
mately 50 dogs per day. Each dog will be evaluated individually and
no aggressive dogs will be accepted. There will be outside runs to
exercise the dogs. The dogs taken outside will be trained not to bark.
There will be approximately 15 non -aggressive dogs per day in the
outside runs.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Ste 100, Tukwila
WA 98188. Comments must be received by 5:O0p.m. on July llth, 2019. You may also submit your comments at the Public
Hearing scheduled on Monday July 22, 2019 at 10:00 am. The hearing examiner will hold the public hearing at 6300
Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Rainier Conference Room. You may request a copy of any decision, comment on the project,
and learn your appeal rights by calling the project planner listed above, or by visiting our offices Monday through Friday, 8:00am
to 5:00 pm at DCD 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Ste 100.
