AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA VACATING A CERTAIN
PORTION OF 57th AVENUE SOUTH IN THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, on February 16, 1959, a petition was filed with
the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila for the vacation of a
certain portion of 57th Avenue South in the Town of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to action of said Ccuncil and under the
authority of Resolutinn No. 115 thereof, due notice of the
hearing on said petition was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing on said petition was held on March 19,
1959, and no objection was made to the vacation bf the above
described street;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TUKWILA:
SECTION 1: That portion of 57th Avenue South lying Southerly
of the Northerly production of the Easterly margin of
57th Place South and Northerly of a line which is 400
North of and parallet to East and West center line of Section
26, Township 23 North, Range L;_, E.W.M., King County, Washington
be and the same hereby is vacated.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall be in effect five
days from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
