Mayor Frank Todd called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila
City Council to order.
L. C. BOHRER, MABEL J. HARRIS, DORIS PHELPS, Council President
GARY L. VAN DUSEN.
MOVED BY BOHRER, SECONDED BY JOHANSON, THAT THE COUNCIL EXCUSE
COUNCILMAN JOHANSON WHO IS ON VACATION.
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY VAN DUSEN, TO AMEND THE MOTION AND
EXCUSE COUNCILMAN SAUL AND COUNCILMAN HILL. MOTION CARRIED.
*MOTION CARRIED, AS AMENDED.
Mayor Todd stated the purpose of the Special Meeting is to
approve Voucher No. 10204 to Golf Management, Inc. in the
amount of $19,116.50. This amount includes $16,716.50
for April receipts and $2,400 released on Leasehold Tax
deposit.
Mr. Alan Doerschal, Finance Director, said the voucher was
accidently left out of the vouchers listed for approval at the
last Regular Meeting of the Council. Due to the large amount
of the voucher the Special Meeting has been called to approve
the voucher so it can be paid to Golf Management, Inc.
MOVED BY VAN DUSEN, SECONDED BY PHELPS, THAT THE COUNCIL
APPROVE VOUCHER #10204 TO GOLF MANAGEMENT, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $19,116.50. MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY VAN DUSEN, SECONDED BY HARRIS, THAT THE SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
