APPLICANT: The Boeing Company LOCATION: East bank of the Lower Duivamish Wtelwav at approximately river mile 3.3 in Tukwila, WA., tax parcels #3324O49(u)2, (uu)16(uu)2O, just south of the 16 Avenue South Bridge. FILE NUMBER: Ll l -O47 (Shoreline Substantial Development Permit). SEPA was previously conducted under file 4E1t_)- (_)1(_) DNS issued June 28, 2(_)1(_). PROPOSAL: As part the Duivamish Sediment Other Area and Southwest Bank Corrective Measure pursuant to the Administrative Order on Consent issued to Boeing in 1994 by U.S. EPA, Boeing is constructing five ne'ky stormkyater ponds /bioswales in the shoreline jurisdiction. Boeing is also paving employee parking in an area previously occupied by its aging 2 -40 series buildings, Nyhich Nyere demolished under E1(_)- (_)1(_) /D1(_) -118. A small portion of the new parking area falls within the shoreline jurisdiction. OTHER REQUIRED PERMITS: Building permit for construction of stor myater ponds. The file may be reviewed at the Department of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd- Suite 1(_)(_), Tukwila, WA. Please call (2(_)6) 431 3670 to ensure that the file(s) will be available. Project files include E10-010 (SEPA) and Ll l -O47 (Shoreline Substantial Development Permit).
